ANARKISTISK BARNBOK

Mediekollektivet anarkism.info gör en anarkistisk ABC-bok för barn på svenska. Boken har flera syften. Först och främst är syftet med boken att ge barn i åldern 7-12 år möjlighet att läsa en bok med anarkistiska perspektiv på svenska. Dessutom ger boken anarkistiska föräldrar tillgång till barnlitteratur på svenska med anarkistiska perspektiv, som de kan ge till, eller läsa för, barn. Ett annat syfte med barnboken är att sprida information till intresserade om vad anarkism kan vara. Slutligen syftar boken till att främja gemenskap och samhörighet inom det anarkistiska samfundet i så kallat Sverige.
ABC-boken beskriver anarkistiska ord, begrepp, fenomen och människor i alfabetisk ordning. Genom hela boken används välkända exempel från den anarkistiska rörelsen i Sverige. Boken kommer att illustreras av flera illustratörer från det anarkistiska gemenskapen i så kallade Sverige. Barnboken är ett resultat av ideellt arbete.
HJÄLP OSS TRYCK BARNBOKEN
Vi har nu börjat planera tryckningen av den första anarkistiska ABC-boken på svenska. Vi kommer att trycka 50 böcker, till att börja med. Att trycka böckerna kostar 5 500 kr. För att trycka barnboken behöver vi hjälp med ekonomiska bidrag och därför startar vi en insamling för att finansiera tryckningen. Pengarna som doneras till insamlingen kommer att användas för att trycka ABC-boken. (Barnboken kommer inte att tryckas/utges av ett etablerat bokförlag, vi sköter tryckningen av boken själva) Barnboken är ett långsiktigt projekt. Pengarna som genereras från försäljningen av boken kommer att användas för att trycka fler exemplar av ABC-boken. På så sätt blir barnboken ett ekonomiskt självständigt projekt. Boken kommer att finnas till försäljning på radikala bokmässor och autonoma bokcaféer i Sverige, samt från våra egna plattformar.

ANARCHIST CHILDREN’S BOOK
The media collective anarkism.info is making an anarchist ABC book for children in Swedish. The book has several purposes. First and foremost, the purpose of the book is to give children aged 7-12 the opportunity to read a book with anarchist perspectives in Swedish. In addition, it would give anarchist parents access to children’s literature in Swedish with anarchist perspectives, which they can give to, or read to, children. Another purpose of the children’s book is to spread information to those interested about what anarchism can be. Finally, the book aims to promote community and togetherness within the anarchist community in so-called Sweden.
The ABC book describes anarchist words, concepts, phenomena and people in alphabetical order. Throughout the book well-known examples from the anarchist movement in Sweden are used. The book will be illustrated by several illustrators from the anarchist community in so-called Sweden. The children’s book is the result of non-profit work.
HELP US PRINT THE CHILDREN’S BOOK
We are now at a stage of work where we are starting to plan the printing of the first anarchist ABC book in Swedish. We will print 50 books to start with. Printing the books costs SEK 5,500. To print the children’s book, we need help with financial contributions, and therefore we are starting a fundraiser in order to finance the printing. The money donated to the fundraiser will be used to print the ABC book. (The children’s book will not be printed/published by an established book publisher, we will handle the printing of the book ourselves)
The children’s book is a long-term project. The money generated from the sale of the book will be used to print more copies of the ABC book. In this way, the children’s book becomes a financially independent project.
The book will be available for sale at radical book fairs and autonomous book cafes in Sweden, as well from our own platforms.
